Recently graduating in 2020 from studying textiles design at The Glasgow School of Art - as a weave designer I like to look at texture and shape within my research images to make relief drawings and collages. I also extract pattern and shapes from my imagery in sketchbook pages. I then turn these drawings into woven fabrics for large scale interiors and interior accessories, bringing bright colours and fun textures into every day items. I particularly enjoy exploring the use of colour.

Sustainable textiles has become increasingly important within my practice. During my final year at The Glasgow School of Art my collections were material and environmentally friendly focused.
